MyHermes Neo is the AI that comes with your paid plan. You'll see it on the Usage page as a percentage, and it refills every week.

What MyHermes Neo is

• It's the AI that comes with your plan.
• It shows as a percentage, never as an amount.
• It refills every week on your own refill day.
• It doesn't roll over. What's left when it refills isn't added to the next week.
• New free accounts get a one-time taste of it, then Hermes uses the free models.

What it covers

• Chat, tools and scheduled work, on the top models.
• Auto, which picks the right model for each message, runs on it too.

When it's used up

Hermes keeps going on everyday models until it refills. They have rate limits, so a very busy stretch can still slow things down.

Everyday models are shared models run by outside providers. Those providers may keep what you send under their own policies, so don't rely on them for sensitive work.

What it does not cover

• Images, video and music run on MyHermes AI credits, not on MyHermes Neo.
• Voice replies run on MyHermes AI credits too.
• Search models and a few models without a set price aren't part of MyHermes Neo. Switch to MyHermes AI to use them.

Your credits

If you already had credits, you keep your balance. It doesn't expire, and it still pays for MyHermes AI and for images, video and music. Your plan's MyHermes Neo is separate from it.

How to switch

Open Settings›AI Model. You'll see two rows: MyHermes Neo and MyHermes AI. Pick the one you want and save. Hermes restarts on your choice.
